The Woodlands Mediation Center/Woodlands Dispute Resolution Center is dedicated to assisting you in reaching an agreement. The Woodlands Mediation Center provides a dispute resolution environment open to the public. Our facility is designed to provide mediators and mediating parties an optimum environment for negotiation and settlement. But, the Woodlands Mediation Center is more than just a mediation center, we are the place to close your sale, meet with your group, or just work in a quiet environment.
The Woodlands Mediation Center is designed to accommodate parties seeking to achieve a resolution or reach a negotiated agreement. Your conference room may have an LCD television/monitor with a DVD player for presentations. Connect the television/monitor to your computer and project spreadsheets, documents, and other computer images to the room. Teleconference with other offices using our state of the art conference phones along with instant computer transmission allowing all callers to see the same computer screen.
The Woodlands Mediation Center does not restrict its facilities to attorney mediators–you literally may choose any certified mediator you desire. Our goal is providing a negotiation oriented environment. Dispute resolution can occur before litigation. In fact, you may first consult your attorney if you wish to learn your legal rights, then mediate your case on your own. Your case may be resolved in days as opposed to years. You may even ask that your mediating agreement be contingent upon attorney approval. A mediated agreement can be structured to suit the parties.
Initiate your mediation through your attorney or initiate it by asking the Woodlands Mediation Center to contact your dispute opponent. Make mediation a true alternative to litigation.
The Center allows you to use any mediator of your choice. However, if you need help in choosing a mediator, we will be happy to assist.
